Shipping Information

How long will it take to get my package?

This depends on which country you reside in. If you are ordering within Germany, your items should arrive within 3 business days. If are ordering within the EU, your item(s) should arrive within 7 business days. If you are ordering outside of the EU, this takes about 10 business days. When we send you a tracking code via email, we also send you information on how long the estimated delivery should take. However, as we do not have direct impact or say on how items are delivered and how delivery companies operate, we cannot guarantee with 100% accuracy of when your items will be delivered. Please be patient, in the end, nobody’s life will negatively be affected if you don’t have your items, remember the world where we didn’t have online shopping? How lucky we are to have this opportunity, let’s cherish it and remember that with every purchase, you already helped support and empower a woman somewhere in this world. Thank you for that.

How much are shipping costs?

The shipping costs are 3.80EUR for untracked packages. If you would like your your package tracked – 6.00EUR.

What shipping methods are available?

We offer standard shipping methods. Our socks are gorgeous and they do good for this earth but they are also not life or death. We are trying to minimize our footprint on this earth and your costs. We live in a world where RIGHT NOW is the only way we can think but let’s get back to how life use to be, slow and steady, patience prevails, always. We love you and appreciate you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but it depends where. If your country is not in the list of options listed below, then we do not ship to your country yet but we still appreciate your willingness to support us.
International customers:
Like most online businesses, our prices don’t include local taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and VATs or anything else you may be charged by your local authorities to receive your sisu socks. Please don’t forget to consider these costs when making a purchase with us,
once your order arrives you’ll be required to pay these additional fees and we won’t be able to refund you if you change your mind. Das’ Lyfe!

Orders, Payment and Returns

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to create or have an account in order to place an order. You can order as a guest, however, you will still have to provide us with your contact information so that we can send you the appropriate documentation: receipts, order confirmations, shipping information, etc. 

How should I contact you if I have any questions regarding my order?

Contact us using the “contact us” form on our about us page here. You can also message us on our Facebook page or our Instagram account. Additionally, we are also available via email at hello [at] sisusocks [dot] com.

How Do I Track My Order?

Check your emails for your tracking information and if you still can’t find it, contact us at hello [at] sisusocks [dot] com with the subject line TRACKING CODE, your order number and the email address you made the order with.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We offer a range of payment options, depending on where you are ordering from. We accept PayPal transactions, Credit Card, and Bank Transfers, Sofort and GiroPay.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Please make these requests as soon as possible. Our orders are typically processed and shipped out within 1-2 days. If you would like to cancel your order and you have an account, please login to your account and to the order you would like to cancel and then click “cancel my order.” If you are not able to do this, contact us immediately via email hello [at] sisusocks [dot] com with the subject CANCEL ORDER and provide us with the email address you made the order with and your order number which you would have received from us via email.

How can I return a product?

You are entitled to a 14 day returns policy from the day you receive your item, however, if you would like to return your product you need to contact us first at hello [at] sisusocks [dot] com with the subject line RETURNS REQUEST and provide us with reason of return and photos if necessary. Socks are an intimate item and they cannot be resold once worn, much like underwear. We are trying to join the movement in creating less waste on this earth so we are very strict with our returns policy. Each pair of socks is taken through quality control by real humans before they are shipped out, we do our best to make sure the items you receive are not faulty.
